Deposits:

A deposit of £ 10.00 per person, per day (up to a maximum of £50) is required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are payable on arrival by cash or cheque only.
There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or missed meals.
Rooms are usually available from 12.00 midday on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.

Guests are liable for any damages and there will be a charge of £10.00 for lost keys.

Cars are left in the parking area at owners’ risk.
